Introducing the Eastchester Gardens Resident of the Month Program

Strong communities aren’t built by chance—they’re built by the people who show up for each other every day.

To recognize these extraordinary contributions, the Eastchester Gardens Resident Association is launching a new Resident of the Month initiative.

What Makes a Resident of the Month?

We’re looking for individuals who make Eastchester Gardens a warmer, safer, and more connected place.

• Brings People Together: Organizes neighborhood activities, fosters positivity, or brings neighbors out to support community efforts.

• Shows Everyday Neighborliness: Lends a helping hand, offers support to those in need, or looks out for the well-being of fellow residents.

• Takes Pride in the Community: Helps keep our grounds clean, safe, and welcoming for families and visitors alike.

• Serves as an Inspiration: Leads by example and embodies the pride and strength of Eastchester Gardens.

Monthly Recognition and Awards

Each selected resident will be featured across our official Resident Association channels and will receive a special award at our monthly gathering.

How to Nominate a Neighbor

Do you know someone who makes Eastchester Gardens a better place to live? We want to hear their story.

1. Nominee Name: Provide the name and building/apartment details of the resident.

2. Their Story: Share a brief description of what makes this person special and how they’ve helped bring the community together.

3. Submission: Turn in your nomination form to the Resident Association office or submit it online via our community page.
